Alpheton Hall Barns are on Church Lane at Alpheton, off the A134 north of Long Melford. They are farm barns converted for weddings and approved for civil ceremonies.
Do not confuse the venue with Alpheton village hall on Old Bury Road, which is a different building.
Getting there and setting up
Alpheton is about 35 minutes from Colchester through Sudbury. I bring everything with me and need a parking space near the door for loading. I check timings and any sound limits with the venue before the day.
