Gosfield’s village hall is the Maurice Rowson Hall on Church Road. It is a charity-run hall for the people of the parish, and Braintree District Council lists it in its directory of public halls.
This is not Gosfield Hall, the wedding house at the other end of the village.
Setting up
I arrive in good time and bring my own extension leads and tape so nothing trails across the floor. Gosfield is about 30 minutes from Colchester through Halstead.
